More than Satisfied
My husband and I needed to repair/replace detached and broken flagstones on our porch steps and loose stone caps on an outdoor patio bench. We had researched and even attempted the task then quickly decided to call a couple of contractors. Mark came by and took time to make an assessment and also identified other problems that would cause further damage in the area. He was quick to send us the estimate and gave us time to consider the work proposal and promptly answered all of questions. We were impressed with the detailed description of the proposed repairs, including specific reasons for the repairs. We had another contractor come out who admittedly had a lower estimate but offered to do the work without anything in writing…just that they could “come sometime next week.” M&W Home Pros finished all of the repairs within the allotted timeframe (flagstone replacement and repair, mortar joint reconstitution along driveway and rear foundation, and re-setting of stone caps on outdoor bench). We are more than satisfied with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend M&W Home Pros. Don & Maria
